Upcoming AGM


Are you happy with:

  • the current security policies and practices in place (or lack thereof)?
  • the unresolved vandalism in the elevator cabs?
  • the restaurant ventilation fan which was placed on our roof without any advice to owners (is this where the vibration on the roof and restaurant smells initiate)
  • the leadership which has lead to a projected 50% fee increase on top of the 300k assessment when we still have water leaks in the roof and basement?
  • the decline in general upkeep of the building and lack of a dedicated superintendent?
  • the AGM being held when many owners are away for the season?
  • the fact that that there is no credit check or criminal record check required for the directors who control your financial and physical security?
  • the level of disclosure of issues facing owners?
